Cooking w/Chef Klaus
Klaus Fix is a proud Delta resident, residing with his wife and two children since 1996. Born and raised in Vancouver, Chef Klaus has been mentored by some of the best chefs in Canada. He obtained his Diploma in Culinary Arts from BCIT. Klaus followed up by receiving his National Red Seal Certification (RSE) from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. Chef Klaus also received his Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC) through the Canadian Culinary Institute and Vancouver Community College. Chef Klaus had the privilege of cooking for Queen Elizabeth at the Commonwealth Summit in 1987, Prince Charles & Lady Diana at Expo 86, and many other celebrities over his culinary journey. Throughout Chef Klaus's career he has cooked in four & five star hotels and clubs across Canada. Chef Klaus was the Executive Chef at the prestigious Point Grey Golf & Country Club, before moving into the corporate chef world in the United States and Canada. Not only has the culinary arts been a rewarding career for Chef Klaus, he is also passionate about cooking at home, grilling and barbeque for his family and friends.
