Mixed Doubles Pickleball Tournament Registration

The Sun Festival Society, in partnership with the BC Pickleball School, is hosting the 3rd Annual Co-Ed Pickleball Tournament.

Where: Dennison Park Pickleball Courts (5283-5285 7a Ave in Tsawwassen)

When: August 3rd, 2025

1st Tournament - (9AM - 12:30 PM, Check in at 8:30 AM) LEVEL 3.0-3.5 MIXED DOUBLES

2nd Tournament - (1:30 PM - 5PM, Check in at 1 PM) LEVEL 3.5-4.0 MIXED DOUBLES

• Opens: Thursday May 29th, 2025, 9am

• Closes: Tuesday July 15th, 2025, 12pm

Cost: $110 per team. 8 team maximum per tournament

Registration IS ONLY CONFIRMED ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. A confirmation email will be sent upon payment

• E-transfer tournament fees to bcpickleschool@outlook.com

• Payment Message: *TEAM NAME* – SUNFEST – *MORNING/AFTERNOON*

Refund Policy:  

• Before registration deadline: Full refunds minus $10 admin fee

• After registration deadline: no refunds

• Rain Cancellation: Full refunds minus $15 admin fee

Player & Team Information

• All participants must be 18 years or older.

• All players must have an active Pickleball Canada Membership for insurance purposes.

  • When asked which club you belong to, select "My club is not listed."

• Each team must consist of:

  • One male and one female, or

  • Two females.

• Each player may only compete on one team and one tournament.

- Teams will forfeit the 1st game if they do not have enough players 5 mins after scheduled start time. Forfeit scores are determined by the tournament organizer's decision.
