IMPORTANT FESTIVAL POLICIES

As per government and City of Delta rules, no alcohol is permitted inside the park outside of the beer garden. An alcohol found to be in use by patrons outside of the beer garden will be discarded and fines could occur. Please do not make us enforce this as it can risk losing permits for future years.

We kindly ask you to leave your pets at home unless you have to bring them. That being said, any dog brought to the park may not enter the Beer Garden, Marketplace area or Kids Midway area. This is a safety issue and many kids feel unsafe around dogs they do not know. Likewise, you will not be allowed to enter the Beer Garden with dogs, as incidents in years past have resulted in the banning of pets in that area. Lastly, Marketplace vendors put a lot of time and effort into their booths and products for sale, we ask you do not bring pets into that area as it runs the risk of those booths being destroyed, knocked over and of course loss of product & sales.

Parade: If you and your children are attending the parade, please make sure your children are watched properly so that they do not interrupt the flow of the parade or get hit by any parade entries. This goes without saying, that we do not want anyone injured by our fun and exciting festivities and the parade does have moving vehicles, bicycles and fast paced individuals.

Property: We ask that you keep in mind the festival and tournament are on public property, but the city attends to any issues on those properties. Please be kind and take pride in your cities locations.
